Founding coach terms
Last updated 29 September 2026
These terms cover reserving a founding place on Shepherd before it opens. They are written to be read, and they are short because the deal is simple.
What you pay today
You pay your first month at the founding price of your plan: $39 for Solo or $119 for Studio. That payment is your first month when your wave opens. Nothing else is charged until then.
Refunds
Until your wave opens you can have the whole payment back, for any reason. Reply to your confirmation email or write to rosemancam@gmail.com and we refund it to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.
Your founding price
Your plan keeps its founding price for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel later and come back, the price at the time applies.
When you get in
Founding places are numbered in the order they are paid for. Places 1 to 100 open in January 2027, the next 150 in February 2027, and the remaining 250 in March 2027. If a date moves, we tell you first, and you can take your refund if the new date doesn’t suit you.
If we don’t launch
If Shepherd does not open to founding coaches, every founding payment is refunded in full.
